We had to extend our stay and went through the hotel to book; thankful we could remain in the same room. For a total of 5 nights.

Breakfast was great, but I recommend always having yogurt for those of us that eat lighter in the morning.

Front desk customer service. The young man was very knowledgeable. He helped me with a number of things over the course of my stay. I'll be coming back to this hotel.

Front desk young man on Friday evening we checked in (1/24) was excellent. Answered questions and offered multiple tips to make our stay easier. Saved us money by suggesting leaving car parked at hotel vs airport.

the room was great...sleep really well...shower was roll in for handi-cap. still did not figure out how to shower without flooding floor. that's for another time I guess...the Maid service was great...she often gave me more towels to help with the shower. the pool was clean and nice.

The breakfast was great and the location was good. The front desk workers were very nice even though they were extremely busy.

The girl at the front desk was phenomenal. Each time we have been there she goes out of her way to make sure we have felt comfortable. Always friendly and attentive. Hang on to her.

tucked away and close to airport- breakfast buffet awesome- beds were extremely comfortable- shuttle driver very friendly - they held our luggage on first day due to early arrival and we could go downtown (a plus)
